Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other search detail into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Emmet County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you email or submit a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read, respond, and manage the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless the law requires it.
Information Collected Automatically
